Our second release of Aviatrix Red Wine - a blend of Petite Sirah and Syrah, with a pinch of Cabernet Franc. We are so excited to share our second vintage of white wine for Aviatrix – a Napa Valley AVA Albariño. Our Albariño is medium-light bodied, delightfully tropical,with zesty, uplifting acidity. Aromas of fresh pineapple as well as pineapple candy rise from the glass, along with tropical notes of starfruit, melon, and a bit of cucumber. Subtle herb notes of thyme and tarragon, a floral hint of rose petal, minerality, and the lightest whisper of vanilla add intrigue to this deliciously mouth-watering wine.
Medium ruby in color with exotic aromatic layering rising from the glass. Notes of spicy cranberry, 5-spice, red plums, orange zest, light French oak, and ripe raspberries. Across the palate it is mouthcoating and lively, silky and exciting. Flavorful without being heavy - it has medium body with good balance and length. A delicious and oh-so-loveable expression of Grenache. The lightest red in our lineup, it can be served at room temp or even slightly chilled.
Deep ruby in color, this Cab opens with strong juicy fruit aromas of wild berry, black cherry juice, and ripe black plums, with lovely vanilla notes and a touch of pink peppercorn. It’s full-bodied in flavor and power, but has soft, streamlined tannin and a silky, light feel on the palate, very atypical for a Cab Sauv.
