The Aviatrix Albariño is pale white gold in color. Delicate aromas of barely-ripe pineapple and crisp melon rise from the glass, along with notes of starfruit and cucumber. A subtle herbal element of tarragon and a hint of florality add intrigue to this deliciously mouth-watering wine. Flavors are elegant and bright with a graceful finish. The aroma and flavor is very temperature-dependent – much more expressive when not super cold, so we recommend serving it just lightly chilled or at cellar temp.
