The Aviatrix Albariño is pale white gold in color. Aromas of fresh pineapple as well as pineapple candy rise from the glass, along with tropical notes of starfruit, melon, and a bit of cucumber. Subtle herb notes of thyme and tarragon, a floral hint of rose petal, minerality, and the lightest whisper of vanilla add intrigue to this deliciously mouth-watering wine. Flavors are elegant and bright with a graceful finish. The aroma and flavor is very temperature-dependent – much more expressive when not super cold, so we recommend serving it just lightly chilled or at cellar temp.
