This Cabernet Sauvignon makes an immediate impression with a very dark black ruby color in the glass. A primary aroma of elegant black raspberry is accompanied by notes of plum, vanilla bean, wet stone, and subtle toasted spices. On the palate, wild blackberry pie comes to mind in this concentrated, beautifully ripe and structured Cab. A big wine with balance, complexity and textural, integrated tannins leading to a long, powerful and silky finish. Voluptuous and intriguing on release, it will surely age and develop for many years to come.
